Here at MindfulBeat we focus on mindfulness and movement, including other practices that help with reducing stress and promoting wellness and self-development. Learn the slow movements of tai chi or qi gong, or learn and explore rhythm or flow dance. Tuning into our body and moving mindfully has many benefits which can include calming the nervous system, increasing cognitive function, strengthening the body, reducing blood pressure, and feeling more content.
The community is also a movement in sharing our journeys and our creative pursuits as we learn and grow in our lives with goals of feeling more healthy, fulfilled, and energetic.
