With this option, you’ll work one-on-one with Angela to help develop your Tai Chi at your pace and check in regularly on your progress with personalized guidance and individual attention. A great addition to your tai chi journey.

Whether you are new to Tai Chi or have some experience and want to go deeper, these classes and services are designed for you. Each practice is an opportunity to learn more about yourself, develop balance, and cultivate a greater sense of calm and contentment.
