Track A. Fast Relief - includes easy movement exercises to help reduce stress of daily life and calm the nervous system. Both seated and standing allow for flexibility in your routine.
Track B. Breathe Easy and Move - includes breathing basics, qi gong movements, and beginning flow dance exercises. Both seated and standing allow for flexibility in your routine.
Track C. Finding My Flow - includes learning and practicing tai chi warmups and tai chi form; learn basic principles and applications of tai chi form.
